Hello, friends! I know, I know, it's been ages
since I posted anything... A contributing factor in my absence has been the fact hat I am going back to school and working to get my Masters of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree. I am really enjoying it, but the classes are online and contain 15-weeks of coursework in a 10-week time period, so... the pace is a bit frantic.
In fact, one of my classes is why I am posting today! I'm hoping some of you can help me... I'm doing a bit of informal research for a class project, in which I am looking at how genealogists/family historians use information!
So, if you have ever looked into your family history -- whether you've just begun a search or you have many years of experience -- please consider filling out this poll! (I've never made a poll before, so this is exciting!)
There are 11 questions total, with a lot of options, and you can feel free to answer any or all of them. If you run out of space in the text boxes, find yourself checking "other" a lot, or just want to elaborate on something, please feel free to add your thoughts in the comments. If you want to participate but feel something you'd like to say is private, feel free to PM me.
Thank you! ( Cut for Poll on Genealogists and InformationCollapse )
